Road trip Croatia to the southernmost point, reached

We woke up in groves of different fruit plants, kiwi, orange, green lemon, dragon fruit and olives. After our breakfast we left Croatia and reached Montenegro, the start of our round around the Bay of Kotor. First we have to arounded Konavle respectively Vitaljina the southernmost point of Croatia. For the entry to Montenegro it is required to have the "green insurance paper". Our first stop in Montenegro was Herceg Novi a wonderful city at the bay of Kotor. Everybody of the family were impressed about Herceg Novi. Our lunch break was feast with local specialities.
In the evening we reached a campground in Donji Morinj close to the beach"Morinjska plaža".

Round trip around the Kotor Bay

A wonderful morning with a blue sky in Donji Morinj at the Kotor Bay. We continued with a round trip around the Kotor Bay. We have saw monastery isle in Strep and Perast. In Kotor we had a long break to visit the historical centre. Here we left the Kotor Bay in direction to the coast of Montenegro. We followed the coast road until Bar. Here we have our next break to visit the harbor and the impressive Church of St. Jovan Vladimir.
In Ulcinj we drove into the inland of Montenegro in order to transit to Albania. The landscape before and in Albania is simple and uncomplicated, exact our liking.
Close to Shkodër we found a great campground with an beautiful pool which was used by moon shine.

In the morning we enjoyed the pool and the fantastically arrangement of the campground. Before noon time we gone forward to Tiranë, the capital of Albania. Unfortunately we were only able to reach Kasar, a suburb of Tiranë. The traffic was too heavy for us and our truck therefore we turned in direction to Durrës.
In Durrës we had the chance to enjoy a stroll through the town before we took a ferry to Bari.
