Road trip Italy along the coast from Bari to Ostuni

We reached Bari very early, the welcome was very hustle and bustle but exciting. We have passed the border inspections and have reached our first break in Monopoli two hour later. In Monopoli we had an extensive break with lunch and a batch in the ocean.
In the afternoon we found our overnight stay under the amazing historical centre of the white town Ostuni. We had a wonderful evening in the narrow streets Ostuni with a great italian dinner in a restaurant.

Apulia/ Puglia from the east coast to the west coast, across the boot from Ostuni to Gallipoli. In Ostuni we enjoyed our breakfast with the view to the white city.
In Rivabella a town before Gallipoli we enjoyed our dinner at a landing stage on the beach. For overnighting we selected a campground with a water park.

The first part of the day we were spent mainly at the campground and the water park. In the afternoon and evening we were walked through the historical centre of Gallipoli. We enjoyed the bustle in the narrow streets of Gallipoli's centre. In the evening we have took our italian dinner in a restaurant.
Road trip Apulia/ Puglia to Santa Maria di Leuca

Today we drove forward the the southernmost point of Apulia/ Puglia, Santa Maria di Leuca with their lighthouse.
Unfortunately this day was very hot therefore we left Santa Maria di Leuca in order to find a campground with swimming pool. Fortunately we found a campground with swimming pool very fast. A very hot day ended refresh bath in a swimming pool.

Road trip Apulia/ Puglia to Torre Chianca

After the breakfast we drove back to the southernmost point of Apulia/ Puglia, Santa Maria di Leuca with their lighthouse. The name of the lighthouse is Faro Capo Santa Maria di Leuca and from this point we were able to see Greece our next country of our time-out road trip.
Next we visited Lecce a wonderful city with a nearly car-free historical centre. The city centre is ideal to walk slowly with kids. In the evening we have found an amazing overnight spot directly at the beach "Maluha Bay". We took our dinner in the front of a closed beach bar. Finally we cavorted together at the beach and gone happy to bed.

Road trip Apulia/ Puglia to Brindisi

Until Afternoon we spent our time in Torre Chianca, at the Maluha Bay. The weather was cloudy but warm and dry. We used our time to build a big sandcastle and to took a bath in the ocean. In addition Luna made extensive walks with her new friends, two local dogs. Overall we enjoyed the quiet and lonesome time at the Maluha Bay.
In the afternoon we drove to the harbour of Brindisi in order to took a ferry to Patras, Greece. At the time of the loading, the rain was coming.
