A day within the North-West of Spain. We started at the quaint coast called "Praia dos cristais de Silleiro". During our trip we visited the seaport Vigo, the provincial capital Pontevedra and the pilgrim town Santiago de Compostela (see seperate photo story). Santiago de Compostela is the permanent sith of the apostle Jakobus. At the end we have found our overnight spot at the coast closed to A Coruña.

Waking up and going to sleep at the amazing coastal landscape of Northern Spain. We started our day at the coast of Miradoiro Fiestra ó Atlántico and gone to sleep at the coast of Mirador de Rinlo. In between we marveled the street art in A Coruña and Vilalba, the oldest lighthouse in function and an industrial remains carperted by the ocean.

A cloudy day leadings to day dreams with a view through the window. At the morning we enjoyed the view about the wild coast, during the day we visited several harbours along the coast and at the end of this day we found our overnight spot behind working-class quarters close to Gijón.

Beach hopping at the North Coast of Spain. Morning walk at the beach Playas de Xivares, lunch break at the beach Playa de Cuevas del Mar and night panorama at the beach Playa de Pedreña.

Playas de Xivares is  perfect for overnighting, Playa de Cuevas del Mar is perfect to have fun and Playa de Pedreña is perfect to visiting Santander.

A good day with perfect stops and breaks along the coast.

After the breakfast we took a boat to Santander. Up to the afternoon we spent our time in Santander. The hole afternoon we going straight forward to the border with France. Our last overnight stay is in the front of the Villa Alkolea close to Mutriku. At this spot we have already our first overnight stay in Spain dated 15th of July 2023.

Starting with social loafing in Santander and ending with racing at the road.

Date 05th of September 2023

Sunrise at the cliffs of Mutriku. Bypassing the beach of Deba. Goodbye Spain and welcome France with a great lunch break at the beach Plage de Milady. In the afternoon we left the coast in order to took the direct way to North-East. We visited Dax and found our overnight spot in Mont-de-Marsan.

Got up at the coast of North-Spain and got sleep in South-France.
